A Long Time Coming and Well Worth the Wait Mar 14, 2010
By Troy DuFrene I had the pleasure of encountering Hubbard's work more than ten years ago. Very impressed with it at the time, I'm now very excited to see that _The Legend of Roswell_ has been made available.

hilarious!!! and insightful Mar 05, 2010
By Gerald F. Martin This well written comedy is a must read, particularly for skeptics of UFO myths and Roswell fanatics. I don't know if it's entirely accurate about events of long ago which have taken many twisting paths in the minds of people who want to believe in extra-terrestrials, but The Legend of Roswell certainly proposes a likely explanation. It's characters are well described and entirely possible and Hubbard's research sheds new light on what might have happened in New Mexico in the 1940s. He writes so well, with such humor, that I read it in two nights and laughed often. Finally, this book presents a version of Roswell that rational, truth-oriented people can abide. I suspect that people who make a living off deceiving gullible believers will hate it.
This would make a great movie!

Clancyesque take on Roswell Mar 11, 2010
By Christopher Wardlaw A more than sastisfying read and clever take on Roswell. Since Roswell is a very well-known American myth, I think most people will find the book accessible. Conspiracy theorists can still run with the author's idea with the added bonus that they'd be running closer to the realm of plausibility.

mysteries of Roswell Mar 28, 2010
By Howard Koons You don't have to have any interest in UFOs to enjoy this fascinating, humorous read. Hubbard creates a storyline of Roswell's historical intrigues that will keep you chuckling as you anxiously flip pages for the next big happening. Probably the only thing real in this book is Roswell and its historical sightings of the strange. It is Hubbard who unfolds these myths into fascinating fiction. I'd recommend this book to anyone old enough to enjoy a good book.
