The Little Princess and Her Star

In the illustrated children’s book, The Little Princess and Her Star, author Russell tells the story of a young royal who spends her evenings talking to her favorite star in the sky. But one evening, the star is missing. Panicked, the princess decides to go find him. She looks everywhere, and when she sees a mysterious ladder leading to the moon, she climbs up—right into the lair of a giant who holds her star captive. With courage and ingenuity, the princess saves her friend and proves herself a heroine. Russell has said that he hopes this story will spark children to look within for the strength to follow their own path and unique adventures. When a child believes nothing is impossible, Russell suggests, that child can have the ability to overcome all obstacles.
