Amazing Nov 08, 2009 I have studied & practised many forms of qi gong for 20 years but 15 months ago I damaged my back. I haven't been able to do more than internal qi gong & meditational qi gong as a result. In the 1week so far since starting the qi gong described in this book, & utilizing the advised minimal movements, I have already gained much more movement & stamina/resistance with my condition. I found the book very clear to understand & follow & comprehensive in it's descriptions/pictures not only of the qi gong movements & practice but the experiential notes have been extremely useful in allaying doubts & concerns.

Dangerous Oct 06, 2009 A word to the discriminationg. Ratziel is a dangerous cult leader, who uses black magic and coercion to shame, belittle or destroy "students" who try to leave his "group." Whatever skills he may have in terms of Qi Gong, they are offset by his deeply disturbed psychology.
