Watch what you eat and exercise daily . . . don't buy this book! Nov 01, 2009
By Lindsay Adams This book consists of very short interviews with generalized diet and exercize plans from basically one type of model. The overall message is clear: watch what you eat and spend at least 3-4 days exercising. All the interviews consisted of the same questions about how much water they drank, how many times a week they exercised, what they ate, did they party and how they feel about diet pills. The book was pricey for the content. I recommend spending $25 instead on a workout book that helps you build a plan for staying fit or putting it towards a personal trainer.
