2Watch what you eat and exercise daily . . . don't buy this book!  Nov 01, 2009

This book consists of very short interviews with generalized diet and exercize plans from basically one type of model. The overall message is clear: watch what you eat and spend at least 3-4 days exercising. All the interviews consisted of the same questions about how much water they drank, how many times a week they exercised, what they ate, did they party and how they feel about diet pills.
