The Olive Tree is a beautiful story about a relationship from it's beginning to the end. It is about a domestic partnership that lasts a life time. This is not a story about sex or violence. It is creative with a nurturing spirit.
This is a short book that enlightens your mind. Since reading The Olive Tree I have seen how other woman have treasured the wisdom and advice offered in this book. I highly recommend this book.

The Olive Tree is the best book that I've read in a long time. It explains complex philosophical and spiritual concepts using a series of easily accessible and imagery-rich fables. Reading this book has made me rethink the way that I interact with the people I care for most in my life, and has allowed me to open myself more fully and trustingly to them. The book is relatively short, so like a good espresso, it's a great way for a busy individual like myself to quickly digest and absorb some insightful and potentially life-changing concepts about love and relationships. Although it may be considered an adult fairytale, if you are looking for sex, you will not find it here; this is a tale about the purity of relationships.
Whether you're religious or not, the biblical references are very interesting. They allowed me to better understand the faith, revelations, and devotion that are the hallmark of true religious followers, while simultaneously illuminating to me how I can apply these same concepts to the people and things that I hold dear in my daily life. Whether you're religious, an intentional practitioner of D/s, or simply a regular Joe/Joanne looking to find more meaning in life, the Olive Tree is a fantastic choice to help guide you towards the faith and inner peace that you seek.
