The Richardson Cancer Prevention Diet: A Nutrition and Diet Regimen for the Prevention of Cancer

According to medical archives, Dr. Hull discloses in the Richardson Cancer Prevention Diet that cancer and other degenerative diseases can be prevented using fundamental nutrition and proper vitamin and mineral supplementation. Dr.Hull learned through her curing her own illness that curing disease can be very challenging. Modern humans are becoming more diseased at younger ages, and in the Richardson Cancer Prevention Diet, she shares with the reader the knowledge she learned when she cured herself of an “incurable” disease.

5BACK TO BASICS  Feb 12, 2007

I really enjoyed the book. It was so refreshing to get back to the source of our health - our diet. I loved the case histories, and the "morale foods". We have all gotten so technologically centered that we think that "enriched" foods and processed foods are good for us. We have forgotten that we should be eating to live, rather than living to eat.

Her concepts are really not new, they just remind us that new and improved doesn't necessarily mean better. She gave some great ideas for supporting the immune system. Her writing is informative, not tekky or arrogant - she writes for real people.

I recommend the book to anyone who wants to stay healthy or who needs to boost their immune system. Dr. Hull's book just makes good sense.
