The Sex Slave Protocols

When Shelly answered the ad in the college newspaper for test subjects, she had no idea what effect the drug might have on her. The doctors never said. As she sat in the lab, waiting to be released, she began to feel ... strange. Itchy, she described it to the doctor. As time went on, the feeling grew. It made her want to do things ... sexy things. Little did she know that the new drug would demand more of her than Shelly ever thought possible - and there seemed to be no way out.

Some doctors have created an injection that causes women to need to perform 15 sex acts every day or they lose their sanity (5 each of going down on a guy, going down on a girl, and vaginal sex with a guy). They get their victims by advertising for paid test subjects. Once the girls realize they're trapped, the doctors then train them and sell them as sex slaves.

That's pretty much the extent of the plot, which may or may not be a problem for you, depending on your preferences.

If you like J. W. McKenna's work, be aware that this story doesn't have the extremes you find in his other works. Because the main character knows she will go crazy if she doesn't have sex, there is a feeling of consent that is absent in most of his other stories.
