Less talk, more exercise information Aug 18, 2008

I bought this book to learn more about Kegel. I think I found two paragraphs on the subject and never really leaned anything I did not know. She really didn't address where the muscles are so how would you know what to work on. She spent a long time talking about her personal life. Pretty boring.
