Complexity of characters in a quick and easy read Apr 22, 2007
The book is an easy read that cannot help but capture the attention of the reader, while following the exploits of the main character, Lavinia. The book is a well written piece of fiction that illicits feelings of compassion, revulsion, and surprise for many of the colorful characters depicted in its pages.
