5Invalueable resource on how to do it right  May 13, 2003
By Chris Passero
Having had the benefit of many mentors I find this book works in the same manner. The book gives good solid and clear direction in improving ones performance as a supervisor and gives great insight on what upper management can expect out of its supervisors if the organization is to grow and prosper. I recommend it highly
