Not for "Religion Fanatics", This is for REAL PEOPLE! Mar 12, 2008

Nonie L. Robinson's debut masterpiece, "The Virtuous Woman, a Guide for Single Men and Women" is truly a patiently awaited work of art! Please support this book! Order it, read it, share it, love it, LIVE IT!!!! It's a real-time, up-to-date look at the challenges men and women face when dating, being single, and the journeys we should take to be prepared for the mates God has for us. It's a candid, modern, all around page-turner that references scripture, yet breaks down what I call "old Bible barriers" by explaining the truth we sometimes lose or miss in Biblical lingo.
THIS IS NOT for hymn-hummin', Bible-totin', religion fanatics; but every day men and women. This is not your run-of-the-mill self-help book. This is an honest look at issues that need addressing; right on-time for the people of today.
PLEASE PASS THIS ON TO OTHERS!!!! If you feel accomplished in your situation, great! But we all have friends that can use their own copies of this book.

I happened across this Author and this book by pure happenstance, in the most unlikely of ways, but I am SO glad I did. This book is wonderful. Serving as a guide of sorts for young men and women, this book applies principles and stories from the Bible in a way that is completely practical and modern. It is not off putting in anyway, nor is it judgmental or outdated. The Virtuous Woman gives young ladies some standards to live by, and young women some traits to look for. The author presents the women of the Bible in a way that you can associate them with someone you know and really understand each woman as someone you can try to emulate, or one you should run far away from! Using humor, a young, fresh voice, and a realistic approach, Nonie Robinson takes the description of the Virtuous Woman from the Bible, and personifies her to the point you can't help but want to be her, or be with her.
Kudos! I will look forward to many more works by Ms. Robinson

I believe that I was divinely led to find this book by Nonie Robinson at a time in my life where I really needed to read and hear the reconfirmed truths that were reinforced within the reading of "The Virtuous Woman". This book is a true blessing to every man AND woman who is in a relationship or seeking to be in a healthy relationship. I give it my highest recommendation! God Bless You Miss Robinson!!
