5The Ultimate How to Guide for Going to College  Sep 20, 2009
By E Mann
This book is well written and provides a superb overview of how to prepare for college and what to expect. The authors' blend an engaging assortment of general knowledge and theory with anecdotes and personal stories that entertain and educate. The book has a lot to read but well worth it even if you can only read a few chapters. The illustrations are also creative and entertaining. I strongly encourage anyone making the transition to college to obtain a copy of this book for their own enhancement and enjoyment!

I wish they had this book when I went to college. It's fun to read and covers every imaginable situation you encounter when starting college. I bought a copy for all the graduating High School students I know, and so far they have loved them! I definately recommend this book!

5A HILARIOUS MUST READ  Feb 09, 2010
By Kelly Jo "KJ"
This book is hilarious! The authors have so much shared knowledge on the ins and outs of what college life is really like. On top of being the best college prep book I've ever read, the authors do a fine job of sharing personal stories and using humor to make it an easy read for any junior, senior, or college freshman. As an adult who has already been there and done that, I found the book to be right on with all of the areas covered, and trust, me they covered everything. I found myself laughing at the experiences I related to from my college years and even had tears a time or two because of the good memories the book reminded me of. Please remember this book for graduation season as there is no other book like it and it's guaranteed your student will love it! Imagine that, a book your student will actually want to read. It's also a good idea to give this book to juniors, as it will give them a jump start at mentally preparing for the college years. You don't have to be a parent to buy this book. It makes a great gift if you're a teacher, like me, going to lots of graduation parties because it's a reasonable price and will truly be appreciated! Also a great gift to give a niece, nephew, grandchild, family friend's child, or even a co-worker's child.
