A Must Read Book! Jul 24, 2009
By Healthy Reader I was waiting for a book like this for some time. This book presents up-to-date information on integrative approach to maintaining our health and provides guidance for living a healthy and happy life. This is a welcome addition to health books and is my "must to read" recommendation.

Book that feels a need Jul 13, 2009
By Believer in simplicity I think that the fact that the author shows himself in the photos exercising de-mistifies the practice of Yoga - you always see instructors that are younger than 30 and in a gym setting which is discouraging for the common person. He shows that it can be practiced any time, any place.
Lastly, he has summarized much information in a clear, concise, and organized manner in a very thin, easy to carry around book.
Must Read for a Healthy Lifestyle Sep 17, 2009
By 100% Natural Girl This book is a must read for all ages. I bought this book as I am very much into leading a healthy and natural lifestyle. It gave me much information on how my mental and physical being, and the environment all can affect my health, and what I can do naturally to lead a happy and long life. I especially like the chapter that explains different yoga poses to keep the body young. I have bought more books to give to my friends and family as gifts for their birthdays so they too can learn about how to take charge of their health.
A Primer On How To Respect Our Health And Environment Aug 14, 2009
By Sasha The Curious This book is for you regardless of your age. If you are one of the chosen to reach silver years, it will support your desire to supplement longevity with quality and self-confidence. If you enjoy your golden years, this book will review your readiness for aging, one of the most challenging and demanding journeys of our life, and it will assist you in planning the least painful and possibly seamless passage through it. And even if you are securely shelled in your green age zone, the author will navigate you among dangerous reefs of carelessness and self-neglect so typical for this relatively short time slot.
I liked inspirational case histories and shared secrets on how to keep spirit healthy.
The author is zooming in to reintroduce readers to the most important human body organs and functions. And then he is zooming out to position us globally and to relate our physical well being and health of the environment.
You will appreciate very compressed but rather sufficient recommendations given with an engineering clarity on how to monitor our health and take good and preferably preventive care of ourselves.
This book is a primer on how to respect our health and environment in order to live a long, spiritual, dignified, quality life.
You will not regret getting this book for yourself or as a thoughtful gift for your family member, friend or colleague.
