The Saga of Third Groot or John Van Groot Jones, the 3rd.
This was a delightful read. I felt his pain and cheered him on in an era when perseverance and triumph was the HOLY GRAIL of acceptance.

This is one of the most delightful and poignant little books I have read in a long time. I discovered a world I did not know existed. The prose was magical. My heart broke as I read the last story "Sons" but no more than in the first story "The Saga of the Third Groot" as I felt this young boy's lonelness in the orphan's home. This is a book for all ages that must be read. What a gifted and creative writer. I love the size of the book. It just fits in my hand and I can have it in my purse to pull out anywhere. I can't wait for the next volume to come out. You really must read it for yourself. It is wonderful. Rose McClarren
