3The journey through adultery does not always end in divorce...  Feb 10, 2007
By The RAWSISTAZ Reviewers
Pamela Elliott is devastated when she learns of her husband's adultery and it is only the first of many heart-wrenching discoveries. Despite her efforts to deal with his infidelity, her husband continues to travel the path of destruction--even announcing he is leaving their church and his marriage. In despair, Pamela turns to God and His Word, never realizing her life will radically change and she will never be the same again.

As Pamela learns to "die to self" and be obedient to God's Will in her life, she discovers God has put her on other people's hearts--pastors Zach and Riva Timms whose godly marriage seminar is divinely tailored just for Pamela. In the end, her marriage is restored, her own ministry is revealed and embraced, and she is now able to help others walk in love when they are filled with the hate of betrayal.

TOOLLS FOR CREATING A NEW HEART...GOD is one woman's account of how God can heal broken hearts and spirits while restoring destroyed relationships. She learns divorce isn't God's plan; He has other alternatives. This is not a book for the faint-hearted nor a quick fix for what ails your marriage. And, in no way, is the author advocating women (or men) stay in abusive relationships. Her experience is one of self-discovery-- learning how to have God's best not only in her marriage, but in her life. As a result, through trust and obedience in God, Pamela rises from "the valley of the shadow" to the mountaintop.
