This is THE method to use to solve sudoku puzzles Jul 16, 2007
By Carolyn O. Kerr
"puzzler"
Finally a book that has the instructions and examples on the SAME PAGE! This approach to sudoku makes solving amazingly systematic and logical.
The author has a lesson with examples for each "secret" and includes a tutorial to make sure you have mastered the ideas. He has a new and more sensible method of describing the puzzle parts. This is the book for both beginners and experienced puzzlers. It is well worth the cost. It will save you money in erasers.

Top Secret Sudoku Dec 27, 2007
By Thomas Crites A pretty good guide, but following this system, I keep getting into trouble on anything rated over "difficult". A better book for my mind is "Mastering Sudoku week by week", which gets me through the "impossible" puzzles.

System works o.k. for easy to medium puzzles but is worthless for more difficult ones. Wasted my money.

GREAT! GREAT! GREAT! Nov 29, 2007
By STAR Just loved this book. It was a simple, straight forward technique to solve all difficulties of sudokus but it kept the fun in doing those darned puzzles! I would highly recommend this book to anyone!
The best Sudoku book - EVER May 17, 2011
By Maria Morales This book in invaluable!
I started teaching myself Sudoku about 4 years ago and gave up in despair until I discovered this book. It has put the fun back in Sudoku and I have recommended it to friends who are frustrated in dealing with triplets and quads and constant erasing.
I am now working on advanced techniques but find that when using this technique I often avoid the problem I'm supposed to be encountering!
Instead of getting stuck with huge candidate lists I am now able to concentrate on learning advanced techniques and using logic to solve the puzzles and am having fun doing so!
