Good storyline May 04, 2010
By Clark For anyone who has ever had the urge to "Leave it all behind"; this book plays into that notion. Well crafted characters that converge as the story plays out. Different ending than I had envisioned while reading; nice twist. Easy to read.

Fears and Secrets Feb 12, 2010
By C. Cappel This was a very good read.......start to finish it keeps you on your toes. The story reminds us that we all have fears and secrets. It shows us that with the love of friends and that "someone special" we can confront, and overcome our fears, and reveal our secrets and move forward in life. I cannot wait for the next book by Cindi!

A Great Read Dec 31, 2009

Trooper's Run touches on that which we fear most - the inherent ability of man to allow madness to take over. A well thought out read, this novel makes the reader root for its "good" characters from start to finish, and brings to the forefront the ever increasing problems and consequences of domestic violence. Ms. Clarke writes as though she knows first hand such matters; this, too, makes the reader want all the more for there to be a happy ending. A good, solid novel for a first-time author.

Trooper's Run brings many fears and facts of domestic violence to the surface. Many victims feel the same fears yet no one will talk about them. Great book that allows victims to hope they can still find peace. Thank you. Garden Gatekeeper
