fun tuna recipes Mar 02, 2009

If you are a fan of tuna this is a great little recipe book. It would be the perfect book for someone on a tight budget e.g. a college student. If you use the albacore tuna as I do it may not be quite as economical but it is healthful and the meals are quite inventive.
The author has added items to tuna which I would have been reluctant to use such as wasabe paste and pineapple. It happens to be a great mix!
Recipes range from the usual to the distinctive.

This cookbook is relevant to everyone feeling the pinch of rising food prices and tuna is still one of the more reasonable staples with which to prepare meals. This book offers some fresh new ways to prepare tuna meals as well as some of the tried and true.
