Creative and Funny! May 30, 2009

Tom Turkey saves the day in this creative and funny children's story.
It is the best kind of children's book--creative, non-violent, and amusing to the parent who will be reading it over and over.
The story highlights the values of team work, problem solving, cooperation and is a way to teach these values for parents and/or teachers. I recommend it highly.

I can't believe this book was written by a child. It is very well thought out and the detailing is wonderful. My step-son always loves when we get a new book and has since asked me to read it over and over again. My step-son thinks it is funny that the pilgrims do not realize where the turkeys are, and he is always pointing in the book as if to show the pilgrims where they are. The illustrations are also wonderful. I'm so happy that I bought this book for my step-son. I will be waiting to see if this author comes out with another book.

This 32 page story is worth every penny! It is a clever, colorful, entertaining story that anyone of any age will enjoy. I can't wait to share this with my grandchildren. They will love the illustrations as well as the story of Tom the turkey and his idea of how to deal with the Pilgrims. This book belongs in every library and children of all ages should have the opportunity to learn from Tom!

This book is a funny, creative story, and a fresh idea for a children's book. The illustrations are detailed and add a lot to the story. I enjoy reading it with my children and also enjoy watching them read it on their own. I plan on buying another copy for a friend.
