Yukti's debut book Two possibilities is the best debut anyone could ever have. The book is about a couple and their journey together, and the amazing part is how the situations have been described separatelyfrom each's point of view ,and how you really can't figure out whats going in each of their minds,u...ntil you keep reading chapters over chapters. You can totally relate and identify yourselves with
situations and characters in the book.Several moments in the book make you know the characters so well ,you can feel the anguish, the sorrows, the happiness in their lives. The setting has been potrayed so precisely, that you feel the surroundings and environment .The end was unpredictable ,but once you know it you are so satisfied and happy.
Absouletly loved the book. Highly recommend it!!

A true page turner! Oct 27, 2009
By Geeta Ahuja Kapoor I finished this book in two sittings - I could not put it down! There is a cliff hanger in every chapter that eggs you on to want to keep reading. The charactors are very real and easy to identify with. I like the design of the book which allows you to know the thought process and emotional status from each charactor's view point.
The book is engrossing and at times you feel it has a chapter from your own life. The main charactor, an underdog, undergoes a metamorphosis of sorts which has you routing for him to make it. The reader is made to go through all the emotions engulfing the charactors, and it is hard not to become a part of the story.
I would recommend this book to anyone that is looking for a scintillating story, with realistic scenarios. The author has done a great job in making the book easy to follow and easy to read. I can't wait for this author's next book!

Made me realize how life is beautiful and never give up any hopes Oct 26, 2009
By Sreelakshmi Rao "Two Possibilities" is a great book; the author has done an amazing job narrating how giving up in life is not an option when life takes worst turns after turns. This book is such an inspiration to anyone who is reading. The character in the book has gone through every obstacle a human being can possible go through yet hopes to find light at the end. The author of the book, Yukti has done an amazing job of capturing an remarkable journey that the character is going through in his life. Yukti has narrated their life in such a way that I felt every emotion, love, hate, desire, and passion that the characters were going thought. I have read many books but this book made my heart feel the pain and gave me a desired to love life even more. I have gone through my share of life but to read it from someone's point of view was remarkable. We take everything for granted in life and sometimes don't realize how it feels to be in someone else's shoe. I really appreciate and love this book just because it talks about how one person can make a difference in the society.
I highly recommended everyone to read this book. I finished reading this book in two days. At the end of two days I was left wanted to read more about the characters in the books. I enjoyed this book so much that I can go for second and third servings. I guess it is true a good writer can convey any emotions, passion, and desires so graceful. I cannot wait to read the second book the author is releasing. Please keep writing great stories like this. Excellent job, Yukti A.Singh.
Gripping Story Jan 12, 2010
By Inder Sabharwal Yukti Singh's debutant novel "Two Possibilties" is an amazing story about relationships.... The author has a remarkable writing style - the story is written from the man's perspective and then the woman's perspective, which is very unique. The reader can easily identify events in their own life by reading Abhi and Mili's journey. The setting and the characters have been described very well and developed throughout the storyline. The story describes how couples in an arranged marriage go through a phase of understanding each other over a period of time and developing an unbreakable and sacred bond that lasts a lifetime. This book has a storyline that appeals not only to Indians but also to readers who try to understand how relationships develop in an arranged marriage and what it takes to make an arranged marriage successful.I hope the author continues to write books on relationships with her absolute unique style.
A wonderful book - highy recommended Dec 30, 2009
By Inderjeet What a wonderful book! Couldn't wait to finish it. Yukti keeps you engaged till the end, setting up the story towards a surprising conclusion. The perspectives of Mili and Abhi were great. Just like myself, I suspect others will identify with one or the other. Highly recommendeded.
