This book is well-written and very easy to read. It provides you with all of the information that you will need to take control of your health and approach nutrition from a "whole" perspective. Since reading this book I have made wholesome changes to my own eating habits, have lost over 35 lbs (and counting), no longer have to take medicine to control my blood pressure and have witnessed a drastic improvement in my overall health and well-being. I feel like a whole new person!! Don't waste your money on any books that target a specific diet or eating plan.
