VEGAS, The MOB, and the dead pig on the dance floor...

Read about "Mikey," who allowed fate to take over, in 1958, as he found himself in Las Vegas with a letter of introduction to the Mob's Main Man and earns their trust while living a series of adventures from befriending Frank Sinatra to the gaming finesse of a gambling expert. Michael witnesses events from the amusing christening of Caesar's Palace to finding Bugsy Segal's secret hidden passageway! Each chapter is a unique story that leaves one with the warmth of a "Stand By Me" then catapults the reader into a world, unexperienced by most, much like "Chicago". Witness the untold stories of Las Vegas in its glamour era!

5Las Vegas, The Mb and the Dead Pig on the Dance Floor  Dec 15, 2005
By Keith J. Bettinger
Las Vegas, The Mob and the Dead Pig on the Dance Floor is one heck of a peek into Old Las Vegas. After moving to Las Vegas in 2002, I was fascinated by the stories of "Old Las Vegas". This book gave me a chance to see all that I missed. There is only one thing more fascinating than Michael Broderick's book; that is having the opportunity to meet him in person. Until you get the chance to meet Mike, visit with him by reading his book.

5A very entertaining read  Dec 14, 2005
By Dennis N. Griffin "Denny Griffin, author"
I had the opportunity to meet Mr. Broderick at a signing. He's a very fascinating man, as is his book. Once I started reading, I became so engrossed I finished in two days. If you want to get the inside scoop on Vegas and be well-entertained, give this book a try.

For a man that Ran so many business's,Heck even rode with Sonny Barger and The Hells Angels, lived in a cave house, had friends who had their own canyons, was a player at all the legendery casions. there is not one picture!
weird really? So then does this amount to a fictional account at Best?. You would think that for all the interesting people he met-places he has been-there would atleast a couple of cool shots?
