Actual first hand results from using David's methods Aug 23, 2006
By JEREMY WOOD My first hand knowledge of David's methods produced a 104% sales improvement in my first year as a sales manager. My responsibilty was to take a poor performing sales team and make them the benchmark in our group. I would highly recommend you give this book to every sales rep and watch as the magic happens right before your very eyes.

Inspiring Aug 06, 2006
By sales rookie
"Lori Anderson"
I have just started a new sales career. After a few weeks, I was beginning to doubt myself. A close friend suggested I read a sales book, thank goodness I picked this one! It made me realize that everyone in sales has highs and lows, it is part of the game. I am so excited about my new sales career now! I have started to implement your suggestions, and already see results in my attitude. My sales manager asked me for a copy and our team is reading your book! Thanks, Lori

It's all about visibility... Aug 18, 2006
By Sales Charmer I have read several sales books and I have to say that I was a little disappointed about this one. Maybe my expectations were too high as it was recommended by other authors that I respect. Most of what is included in this book as already been told many times in the past and really nothing new was presented here. Most sales people want to be motivated but they also want to learn new tricks and keep updated on new sales approach that are useful in today's ever changing market. It's an excellent book to give out to new sales representatives with no prior sales knowledge. They will learn a few things and at the least be motivated. However, for a person that has been in sales many years this book is just a reminder that anyone can write a book about their work experience and have as much success as David Otis...I guess he's right about the Talking Loud part.

wow!!! Aug 06, 2006
By Kenneth Andrews Finally sales made easy. I realize I have been overcomplicating this game. I grew up a big Green Bay Packers fan and loved Vince Lombardi. It occurs to me that he taught his team to become great at the basics. Even if the opponent knows the play you are running, if you run it to perfection, you will win the game. Thanks for helping me get things back in perspective. Kenneth Andrews, Pittsburgh, PA

great book can't wait for your next one!!!!!!! Sep 06, 2006
By Barry W. Whitlock I read the book with some skepticism as I have read many others. This book was outstanding! You can talk about systems all you want, but the easiest way to sell is to Walk Fast [have confidence] Talk Loud [make sure you are heard] and to Smile [have fun, be warm and respected]. You must be trusted yet heard and a negative person never sold anything. I have been in the lending business for 13+ years and this book explains in detail how to be successful in sales and in life. Davids' book is for sales people, but also anyone who wants to succeed in business and in leadership roles. Great work David. I am sure you are a great salesperson and husband/father. Can't wait to read your next book. Barry Whitlock Vice President Lincoln National Bank
