I was honored to attend Phil's classes on a recent cruise. I attended most of his classes. I had not used watercolors before and Phil made it so understandable. The classes were so popular the guests would line up an hour early to attend. He is a wonderful teacher and he writes his book like he teaches. If I can paint so can anyone!
