By "Mama D" Like a lot of hopeless dieters, I've purchased way too many books on how to lose weight. But this book doesn't focus on a quick fix weight loss approach. This book with help you figure out why you eat the way you do and how to overcome those obstacles. I have enjoyed reading this book, and plan to reread it often. This book helps me feel empowered and in control of my desisions.
