Too Sappy, not interesting enough Sep 09, 2008

This story was just not my cup of tea. The main character, Carmella was too sappy. In the real world, I don't know how someone like her could go to work every day always crying, feeling depressed and eventually passing out in the bathroom and maintain their job in a law firm. The two lawyers David and Colin kept asking Carmella if she was alright, way too many times. In the real world, she would have been fired or at least the suggestion made to take a leave of absence until she got herself mentally and physically together. There was also a lot of parenthesis, giggling and laughing, laughing and chuckling all at the same tme. Over usage of ..... and Um, Um. Hopefully this author will improve upon her writing skills.

Surprised in Harrisburg Aug 12, 2006
By Rob in Harrisburg I enjoyed reading this book. I read it in one sitting. The author kept my attention with the different twists and turns. I like how the love scene was written without alot of graffic details. This allowed me to interact with the storyline and use my imagination to fill in the blanks. I appreciate in a time when so many magazines and television programs use sex to sell, that I can leave a copy of this book laying around and not worry about my young teenagers picking up a copy and getting an early education. This book left me with a feeling that there is more to this story. I look forward to reading the next project that this delightful author produces.
