What's the Point?: A Short Attention Span Journey to the God You Never Knew You Had Jul 03, 2007
By C.J. Gallagher I have just finished reading Kevin Gallagher's book and I absolutely loved it! It was funny at times, tear-producing at times and always thought-provoking. It made me stop and talk to the Lord about our relationship and how to enrich and cherish it more. I can honestly say that I will recommend this book to all of my friends and family. Thank you Kevin for writing these essays and please keep listening to your Father and writing more of them.

Connecting God to Our Everyday Life Experiences Oct 19, 2007
By James F. Calvert

I picked this book up from Amazon prior to my 9 week trip in the Alaskan Bush. Kevin, the Author, recounted experiences from his daily life, dating back quite a while I might add. Then he related those experiences to God and the Scriptures and he became a first-rate storyteller. Kevin then proceeded to mesmerize me with stories beginning in childhood leading all the way to present day trials and tribulations. What I thought was a book that I was going to perhaps read a chapter each evening for the duration, or at least well into my trip, became too absorbing and by the light of propane gas in my cabin, I finished it in a manner of hours. It was truly inspirational and I found myself going back to the book many times during my stay about 100 miles below the Arctic Circle. The stories were refreshing and brought back many incidents that I'd been involved in during my growing up process and education. There's a great deal of Wisdom in this book and Kevin shares many stories that imparts that to the reader. Kevin Gallagher is all prepared to get another book into print and I can't wait to see what awaits us around these other "bends" in his life and how he comes closer to God in the process. He is an up and coming author who already exhibits much talent.
