This is not a professional quality self-help book. If you have recently been the victim of infidelity, I do not recommend you read it. It's demeaning and operates on a presumptuous and pejorative premise that if your significant other cheated on you, you brought it upon yourself. I don't think the book is completely devoid of insight, but it reduces romantic relationships to a game that you have to play the right way to sustain fidelity and keep your (wandering eyed) woman happy. I'm not a prude, neither am I concerned with political correctness, but the book is borderline mysoginistic. If the author's perspective about male/female relations is correct, he inadvertantly makes a case against monogomous relationships. We may as well get what we can out of unattached philandering. I'm surprised this book even got published.
