Thought Provoking Personal Journey, Humorous, Insightful Apr 11, 2011
By Linny Ellen I thoroughly enjoyed Shannea Patterson's refreshingly honest account of her journey through the often painful and always fascinating world of work and human relationships. With amazing self awareness, and laugh out loud analogies and conversations with herself she shares her lessons. By defining for herself what it means to succeed and how the choices she made along the way supported or impeded that success, she opens our eyes to what it really means to take personal responsibility. I highly recommend "Why I Wag My Tail".

A thought-provoking book Mar 30, 2011
By Diop, A. Lahat We might think that we have all the skills we need to knock down the door of the our dream-company with extreme certainty of our readiness to tackle all the challenges we might face, but keep in mind that something is missing. I am almost certain that there is no other sources better than this 58-pages-book "Why I Wag My Tail" that could inform us about what is missing.
This is a great book in which the author shares with us numerous experiences she faced in her professional career. I truly enjoyed reading the book and found it to be very informative. I believe there is nothing more awesome than enjoying reading such an insightful and thought-provoking book . I highly recommend this book.

A fun and helpful read! Mar 26, 2011
By shelley I wish I had read this book about 15 years ago - it would have saved me years of being too feisty for my own good! The author does a great job of describing her own journey in discovering ways to make it through daily challenges in her career and finding ways to be her best self in everyday life. It really made me think about how I can do things differently in my own life, and also think about how great it would have been to learn these lessons when I was just starting out in the professional world. The author tells her stories with humor and honesty, and it's a very quick enjoyable read. I think it's a good book for both young and not-so-young adults!

A commitment to YOU first Jan 03, 2010
By Carlotta Y. Bell

Discusses commitment to personal success in the workplace by wagging one's tail, in spite of conditions. This little book is written in such a genuine voice that many readers will be tempted to highlight all 58 pages! A must read for both personal and career development.
