Fun, Insightful and Interesting Mar 27, 2009

"Detroit Free Press"
I found Wisdom & Wisecracks for the Aspiring Business Owner to be fun, insightful and interesting, in a book segment that is not often considered in this manner. The author is often very accurate in his interpretation of how to find the right business to match the readers interest, and in his ability to make short insightful quotes that cause the reader to ponder exactly what he or she is willing to put in and get out of their "perfect business". Five Stars as an ideal quick read and a excellent choice to "gift" with.

Like a 30 Min. MBA in Starting Your Business. Nov 02, 2010
By Read 2 Learn I had heard of Wisdom & Wisecracks For The Aspiring Business Owner, for some time, but didn't really think of it as being the kind of title that I would really benefit from, having been in business for over 10 years already, and doing quite well. Boy, was I mistaken! When I finally decided to order Wisdom & Wisecracks last week, and got my copy in the mail -along with another copy of Stephen Covey's, best selling, The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People, and a few other business success and entreprenur titles- I was quickly taken in by the short but truthful quotes of the author, Will Estell, and by how much sense these one or two liners made, page after page, quote after quote. This book is full of things that will really make you think and hopefully help you decide whether you are in the right business currently, how to grow your current idea or business, and especially how to start a new business of any type, and what questions to ask yourself before beginning any new business. I don't think I have ever read a book that could make me think about all of these things and open my eyes to so many different important facets of being an entrepreneur -new or old- and do it all in around 120 pages and about 30 minutes. I highly suggest this book to any business owner, or entrepreneur, no matter your age, education or business experience.

Common Sense Sep 21, 2009
By D. Hurt I purchased this book from amazon not really knowing what to expect, but after reading it I found almost everything the author has to say is a lot of common sense and some very good advice on starting your on business. I'm already a small business owner and found some words of encouragement that I can use to better myself and my business. I would highly recommend this book for anyone that wishes to start a business or anyone that already owns one. Buy it you won't be disappointed!!!!
a gem for business owners Jun 02, 2009
By Lee Toowey I shudder at the thought of how cumbersome, boring, confused, and plain unbearable many business books can be. It's a topic for long-winded authors who aspire to write into existence a prescription sleep aid of a book. But Will Estell's "Wisdon and Wisecracks for the Aspiring Business Owner is none of that: It's pithy, compelling, and reader-friendly. You'll be amazed at how many parts of the book a business owner can relate to. The book is chock full of great ideas and insights; it's actually something you can use on both a personal and professional level.
The ingredients that make this book irresistible are simple, unexpected, concrete, credible, and full of business insights.

By C. Godwin I loved this book so much. I am a business owner and I found this book to be very true, insightful and to the point. The advise is very accurate and doesn't go on and on like a lot of books do. I highly recommend buying this book for anyone wanting to or have already started a business. You want regret it.
