A Provacative Glimpse of Everywoman Dec 26, 2006
By L. Ford
"peekabooca"
Through the lens of Hughes' camera, we see photographs of women of various ages, both alone and with others. The photographs are provacative and suggestive, leaving you wondering what happened when the camera stopped taking pictures. Hughes' refreshing perspective shows us images of everywoman--not just those that the mainstream media would consider appropriate for print. Hughes introduces us to just a glimpse in this first collection--leaving the reader ready for his next issue.
