By L.H.H. This book is for all those faced with the challenge of developing a marketing plan, particularly for a nonprofit, who ask themselves "where do I start?" The step-by-step workbook format is very understandable and easy to follow. It covers all the bases from defining your goals to monitoring progress as well as budgets. I would recommend this workbook to those faced with the challenge of developing a marketing plan, nonprofit or not, and would also recommend that you purchase multiple books to be used as a team effort for generating discussion within your organization.
