5The Title is Accurate  Jan 13, 2010
By Wyndham Robertson
Yes, the food is truly yummy but the thing I really love is that the recipes are so easy! A great book for lousy cooks with sophisticated taste buds (and friends).

5It doesn't get any better than this!  Feb 11, 2010
By Robert G. Darst "Bob & Carolyn Darst"
If you are lucky enough to own this cookbook, you're lucky enough! The book is truly full of fabulous recipes. We have found them to be easy to prepare and the results extremely flavorful Â- so good that it makes one want to turn the page and try the next one!

5I might become a cook  Jan 24, 2010
By H. Martin
This succinct book contains straightforward directions as well as authentic encouragement to produce magnificent dishes. Now well into senior citizenship, I think I might well become a decent cook.

5Commendable Chicken Curry  Jan 22, 2010
By Anna E. Llewellyn
I made the Chicken Curry last night and found it to be irrestible! I'd had a long day. Attending my son's Basketball game after school, didn't even get home til 6:30 p.m. and still had time to whip up this gem of a meal! It's easy to prepare. It has a simple list of ingredients and is absolutely delicious. I served it over Basmati Rice - which I perfer. It is light and fluffy and so pretty. The dish is so full of flavor and texture. The baby green peas add a colorful extra flare to the dish! A finely chopped apple, I believe is the essential ingredient. I love this cookbook. It is compact, easy to read and full of really good recipes. I can't wait to try the next one!! My husband couldn't stop raving about it! i know the leftovers will be as good, if not better, tonight!

5A Cookbook that Delivers!  Jan 20, 2010
By Eric K. Morley
You know how a lot of cookbooks look great, but when you go to the trouble of preparing one of the recipes, it doesn't exactly overwhelm you? This cookbook delivers. My favorite breakfast ever? Bull's-Eyes on page 140. My favorite pasta salad in the world? Oriental Pasta Salad on page 86. The best shrimp I've ever tasted? Jekyll Island Shrimp on page 44. The list goes on...this is the cookbook I've been waiting for.
