I'd recommend "Zentrepreneurship" for entrepreneurs at all levels and any thoughtful person wishing for change in his or her career or lifestyle. Many quote-a-page books give you hopelessly optimistic or "just grin and bear it" advice about life and work, but this little book means to get you on track to focus your Western drive and passion with the disciplined ease of the East. The small passages are sort of hidden in a Zen-like mystique but they are also real business advice for entrepreneurs and others folks who want to get more satisfaction from their work. Author Martin Sage doesn't appear to put much distance between work and life, and I agree that an improvement in one's career almost always leads to improvements in one's whole life. As our world gets ever more downsized, more of us will certainly be required to become entrepreneurs to some extent, and as the world becomes always more interconnected, that is ever more possible.
