Great and truly inspirational Oct 01, 2009 This book gives you a short read in the morning that goes a long way throughout your day. The inspiration derived from spending 5minutes in the morning with this book has helped me become a better individual and more focused person. You suddenly find yourself lifting others up with your spirits and overcoming obstacles regularly. Everyone should have a copy on their bedside table and one in the office. Great job Olusegun, this is a beautiful piece of work.
More than a great book... Jan 28, 2009 I can't explain how amazing this book is! It is a great, laid back read that I have incorporated into my daily morning routine. I absolutely LOVE the readability, the messages for each day, and the activities that are suggested. It is great to find someone who is so positive and sees that failure is not a bad thing, as long as someone learns from the mistake. Not just a great read...but more than a book. It's a way of life.
Loved it! Jan 12, 2009 I'm a songwriter so I'm always seeking new books of inspiration and/or quotes. This is definitely one I'll go back to. In fact, I leave it sitting on my coffee table so it can be picked up and thumbed through by my friends as well as myself. Don't miss out!
"day fourteen": Giving Thanks Jan 10, 2009 "day fourteen: gratefulness"--of the 100 superb, life-giving devotionals--reminds readers to give God thanks during their darkest hours of despair, loneliness, and material deprivation. "Sheg's experiences bespeak altruisms which challenge his readers to live life to the fullest, despite such obstacles. Acknowledging "the breath of life" in which we partake may be the key to satiate our wantonness. I highly recommend this book for anyone who wants to live life to the fullest.

IActuate is an inspirational book Dec 14, 2008 IActuate is an easy book to read. This book is filled with things people can do to live happier and more efficient lives. These 100 ideas are spread out over 100 days. A person can read one thought a day, or they can simply read the entire book at once. One thing is for certain. These thoughts will stick with you. After each thought, Aranmolate provides specific things a person can do for their health like eating a healthy breakfast or doing some form of physical exercise. I really like the idea of mental compartmentalization. This is the idea of focusing on one problem at a time. This can help me a lot in my busy life. Sheg takes a positive slant on hitting rock bottom in life. Hitting rock bottom can motivate a person to turn their life around. Another important lesson to remember is to simply treat people with compassion and to appreciate the differences in other human beings. I really enjoyed reading this book.
